Existem muitas páginas de História para contar sobre este país. Uma história muito antiga e que começa muito antes de Portugal ser reconhecido internacionalmente pelos jogadores de futebol, pelas sardinhas, pelas 1001 maneiras de cozinhar bacalhau e pelo Algarve.
Adoramos o sul do nosso país, mas Portugal é um vasto território com cerca de 92 145 km², contando com os arquipélagos da Madeira e Açores. Temos tanto por explorar e conhecer, recantos que julgamos não existirem e paisagens que parecem sair de um qualquer filme ou anúncio.
O nosso futebol também merece destaque e é através de muitos jogadores que o nosso país é reconhecido. Temos o caso de Eusébio, Cristiano Ronaldo, Figo, entre outros. Contudo, queremos dar a conhecer os 10 637 713 habitantes que fazem deste país um dos mais hospitaleiros. Temos o dom de bem receber e esse mérito ninguém nos tira.
O verdadeiro português adora uma boa sardinha assada e um bacalhau no forno com batatas e os visitantes acabam por seguir também essa tendência e não vão embora sem antes provar as nossas "sardines" com batata frita a acompanhar. A gastronomia é um dos nossos tesouros e temos uma variedade imensa de sabores, de norte a sul.
E o que pesa mais é, sem dúvida alguma, a nossa História. Os Romanos deixaram marcas da sua passagem e ainda hoje podemos ver esse tesouro um pouco por todo o território. Também os Visigodos e Muçulmanos por cá passaram e deixaram um pouco da sua cultura. Não podemos esquecer os Descobrimentos onde deixámos a nossa pegada cultural e gastronómica em vários pontos do Mundo e trouxemos também muitas inspirações na bagagem.
É tudo isto que queremos levar além fronteiras para que o nome de Portugal seja reconhecido como um grande país. É o nome de Portugal e do seu povo que queremos que fique na memória de quem lê este blog. Vamos falar da nossa história, da nossa gastronomia, cultura, sociedade e turismo. all we want to welcome you yo the latest blog about the essence of this small country
that is Portugal. We proudly Portuguese and we want to take to the the world the
best of this piece of land .
There
are many pages of history to tell about this country. A very old story , and it
begins long before Portugal is internationally recognized for soccer players ,
the sardines , the 1001 ways of cooking cod and Algarve .
We
love the south of our country, but Portugal is a vast territory with about
92,145 km ² , with the archipelagos of Madeira and Azores . We have so much to explore and experience,
we believe that there to many landscapes
that seem to come out of any film or ad.
Our football
is also highlighted, because is the reason why our country is recognized for
